Do you charge for shipping?
We add shipping costs to all orders below the free shipping price. The exact shipping costs depend on the destination of your parcel and are always clearly indicated at the checkout before you complete the order. Please find the overview below:
Where do you ship to?
We love to send our basics to as many places as possible, but currently do not ship to the following countries at this point:
Myanmar, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, Yemen
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please find here our standard delivery times:
Germany 2-5 days
Europe 3-10 days
Rest of world It's hard to tell exact global delivery times, but in our experience, it takes around 5-20 days for most countries.
Do I need to pay international taxes and duties?
For all countries in the European Union, taxes and duties are included in the price. Custom charges may apply for international order outside the EU. Please check your local regulations, which vary widely from country to country and understand that we cannot be responsible for any import taxes or fees that might be added to your delivery.
We advise you to check the import fees and taxes before you place your order. Please note that in case you refuse accepting our shipment you will have to still bear the original shipping costs plus the costs of returning the package back to Orbasics.
Can I track my order?
Yes, your order can be tracked at any point during delivery. After you make your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking link and will be able to check the status of your parcel.
A product is missing. What should I do?
If anything should be missing or if you received an item in the wrong size or color, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be sure to fix this as quickly as possible.
Can I return my ordered items?
If you’re not happy with your new items or they don´t fit, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days after you received it. The package may have been opened, but please understand that we are unable to accept returns that are worn, washed, damaged or changed in any other way.

We advise you to use a shipping service that provides tracking, so that there is proof of shipment. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. After receiving your returned item, we will reimburse the amount to the payment method that you used.
Can I exchange my ordered items?
No item can be exchanged. Please return your order, which will be refunded and place a new one on Orbasics online store.
