Right of withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

General Information

Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods.
Please return the goods, where possible, in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging that provides adequate protection against transport damage.
Please do not return goods freight collect.
The above information is not a requirement for effectively exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
