What do you charge for shipping?
We have the following shipping rates:
Germany Standard Shipping:
- Free delivery in Germany for all orders above 75 Euros.
- For orders below 75 Euros, a shipping fee of 3.90 Euros is charged.
International Standard Shipping:
- Free delivery to countries outside Germany for all orders above 150 Euros.
- For international orders below 150 Euros, a shipping fee of 7.90 Euros is charged.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to all countries except for those listed below.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein = We partner with meineinkauf.ch. With them you can order Orbasics to Switzerland and Liechtenstein at lower costs and compliant with customs. More info at meineinkauf.ch.
We do not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Angola, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Cuba, Côte d’Ivoire, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, French Guiana, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, India, Iran, Iraq, Mayotte, Myanmar (Burma), Nauru, Niue, North Korea, São Tomé & Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, St. Helena, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, U.S. Outlying Islands, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Yemen.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please find here our standard delivery times:
Germany = 3 - 5 days
Europe = 7 -14 days
Rest of world: It's hard to tell exact global delivery times, but in our experience, it takes around 5-20 days for most countries.
Preorders: Please be aware that for preorder items, delivery times take longer. Preorder items can take up to 10 weeks to produce (please check the product description of each product page for the estimated dispatch date) and on top you have to calculate the shipping times as specified above.
Do I need to pay international taxes and duties?
Custom charges may apply for international order outside the EU. Please check your local regulations, which vary widely from country to country and understand that we cannot be responsible for any import taxes or fees that might be added to your delivery.
We advise you to check the import fees and taxes before you place your order. Please note that in case you refuse accepting our shipment you will have to still bear the original shipping costs plus the costs of returning the package back to Orbasics.
Can I track my order?
Yes, your order can be tracked at any point during delivery. After you make your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking link and will be able to check the status of your parcel.
A product is missing. What should I do?
If anything should be missing or if you received an item in the wrong size or color, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to fix this as quickly as possible.
Can I return my ordered items?You can find all information regarding returns on our returns page.
Can I exchange my ordered items?
No item can be exchanged. Please return your order, which will be refunded and place a new one on Orbasics online store.
