GermanyE-Gift Card took a while to be sent to me
I ordered an E-Gift Card for a friend's birthday and since I there is no shipping, just a code sent via email, I thought I would receive it immediately or at least some time during the same day, so I purchased it ON my friend's birthday and not beforehand. However, it eventually took 2 days until I got the email with the gift card/code and thus I had to give my friend her birthday present late. She was very happy about it nontheless but it would have been great to have a disclaimer somewhere saying "Please note that it takes a couple of days for us to send you the gift card" or something on the website so knowing this I could have planned ahead of time.

Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 2-3 days until the amount has been received on our account. This is the case with e.g. „Sofortüberweisung“, since this is a normal bank transaction.
