We care deeply about you having a great experience with us and our products. If you are not satisfied with your new items or they don't quite fit, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of you receiving your parcel.

Please understand that we are unable to accept returns that have been worn, washed, damaged or changed in any other way and that shipping costs are nonrefundable. After receiving your returned item(s), we will reimburse the full amount to the account that you used for payment. 


How to proceed with your return:

    1. Please complete this return formFor sustainability reasons, we do not place the return form inside your package. 

    2. If possible, neatly and properly pack your return in the original packaging, so that nothing stand in the way of a resale.

    3. Simply enclose the printed and completed return form with the package. You are welcome to use the back to write us a little message and send the package to the following address:

    4. For returning packages, we recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option

    5. Please understand that Orbasics is unable to cover the shipping costs of any returns*, the customer is responsible for covering these costs.

      *However, for free returns you can simply use PayPal's free return service, which refunds your shipping costs up to 12 times a year. Simply pay using PayPal and click here for more information.
