How to dry brush (2–3 minutes)
Always brush toward the heart. Start at the feet, sweep upward over legs; then hands → arms. On abdomen & chest, use light clockwise circles. Adjust pressure for sensitive areas—never painful; a light flush is OK. Morning is ideal for an energizing start. Begin 1–3×/week, then increase as tolerated. Apply body oil on damp skin after.
Each brush is handcrafted; natural variation = unique look.
Tap or shake out after use; keep bristles dry between sessions. If needed, spot-clean lightly and let air-dry bristles down.
