About Orbasics: Orbasics was founded by Lilija out of a simple wish: to create healthier and more sustainable alternatives for everyday life. What started with a small collection of organic kidswear has grown into a shop for toxin-free clothing and carefully selected sustainable products. Alongside our shop, we run a blog where we share knowledge and practical tips to help make everyday life step by step healthier and more sustainable.

Now we’re looking for support to grow Orbasics further – and maybe that’s you! 

What you’ll do

  • Assist the founder with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Correspondence, including internal and external communication, mail and e-mail processing, etc.
  • Support in the shop backend and customer care

  • Provide occasional help at our Berlin office

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Co-create and implement social media content and small campaigns

  • Design graphics (e.g. for posts and stories)

  • Write versatile texts – mainly for social media, sometimes also for blog or SEO

  • Support influencer marketing – from research to managing collaborations

What you bring

Ideally, you 

  • Have first experience in social media marketing

  • Have Knowledge in customer service or Shopify (a plus, not a must)

  • You are structured, a clear thinker and work well in a team

  • Solution-oriented and reliable mindset

  • Excellent English skills (spoken & written)

  • Fluent German skills

It’s a plus if you

  • Are interested in sustainable products and conscious living
