Ich brauchte eine schnelle, unkomplizierte Geschenkidee und der Gutschein für so schöne, nachhaltige Kinderkleidung kam super bei den Beschenkten an. Der Kauf war mit wenigen Klicks erledigt und Sekunden später in meinem Postfach - alles super!
I ordered an E-Gift Card for a friend's birthday and since I there is no shipping, just a code sent via email, I thought I would receive it immediately or at least some time during the same day, so I purchased it ON my friend's birthday and not beforehand. However, it eventually took 2 days until I got the email with the gift card/code and thus I had to give my friend her birthday present late. She was very happy about it nontheless but it would have been great to have a disclaimer somewhere saying "Please note that it takes a couple of days for us to send you the gift card" or something on the website so knowing this I could have planned ahead of time.

Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 2-3 days until the amount has been received on our account. This is the case with e.g. „Sofortüberweisung“, since this is a normal bank transaction.
